I was making some improvements to my current central heating and I found them to be helpful, giving honest advice on what's needed and the best options. The costs were really reasonable and work was to a really high standard. Will def use them in future for any other work.

Not only on time but came a bit early. Boiler mainteance done. They also checked the flue area in my loft which is great as British Gas would not do it as the loft was too high!!! They are coming back to do some work that needs carried out regarding the flue.

We got our Baxi boiler installed last year by Pitalpin, which was fitted professionally to a very high standard . The boiler has been hastle free. Craig from Pitalpin returned for the boilers 1st annual service and to fit an extension to the flue on the outside wall. He also fixed a couple of ageing radiators. Thanks to Craig and Pitalpin for providing a friendly, efficient and highly professional standard of work. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Dundee area.

Craig was very quick in investigating whether a gas meter was working, detecting a very small gas leak and fixing it, as well as diagnosing why a boiler was not re-pressurizing. 100pct trustworthy and good communicator. Thank you!

Called as my boiler had stopped working and was showing a fault. The company asked for photos to see if they could help me fix it myself, rather than a call out. However a pressure sensor needed changed. Service for this was provided the same day, with a text update of when they would arrive. They spoke through the steps they were taking and advised on what to do in future. Thank you for your help, will definitely use your services again and recommend to friends.

Very good experience. Two friendly professional guys sorted out my boiler on a short noticed call, no issues at all.The guys were on time , fixed the problem in a timely fashion and gave me some advice for the future regarding my boiler. Would recommend and will use again .

Craig helped us out when we had a gas leak and was here within the hour. Totally professional service and really helpful, friendly guy. Problem solved in about half an hour at very reasonable rates. We have already got him booked in for another job tomorrow! As it is during lockdown he came wearing his own PPE and kept a safe distance which was really reassuring. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

I recently had Craig from Pitalpin Heating and Gas Services out to my home to install a new boiler after my boiler in the home I had just purchased was sadly condemned.Ryan from RJB Heating Sevices had xsme to service the boiler when the damage was detected. Both Ryan and Craig were fabulous, the installation of the new boiler was very prompt, these guys are brilliant and I won't go past using them again in the future.My boiler will be serviced annually by these guys now, I just can't thank then enough.100% recommended for any heating issues 🙂

Craig and Ryan fitted my new gas cooker last week. Very professional and extremely well priced. This is the first gas cooker I have had and they explained everything to me. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Went on the website on Monday night after realising my boiler hasn't been serviced this year....not my fault, feels like it should only be June...this year has gone far too quickly!!! Anyway back to the review, booked in for Wednesday the same week, Craig came out when he said, made sure everything was working ok and didn't add any sneaky surprises to the bill. Craig and Ryan came to installed a new boiler for us to replace the old one, the job also requires to size up our gas pipes. They are very professional, discussed and made suggestions with us for the best option. Came on time and talked through the progress during the work and let us know what they are doing. And Craig was explained the warranty details after job done. Very decent and respectful guys, responsible the trustworthy. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend for our friends.

Craig responded quickly to my call and arrived at the agreed time. He fixed the immediate problem, ensuring I had heating and hot water again, but also identified corrosion which he came back to fix at a later date. Service from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Got home around 7.30pm and my heating was off house really cold. Checked the boiler water dripping out of it. Phone Pitalpin Heating and Gas services. Spoke to Craig who asked what had happened so he had an idea of the job. Was out in 1/2 an hour and within the hour had the central heating up and running and boiler fixed. The price was very reasonable as well given it was out of hours. I was so impressed I am now getting him to service my and my sons boiler . I would highly recommended using this company. Fast efficient and great price.

Over the weekend my partner and I message Craig to book in for a heating and gas service, and to provide a certificate (given all was safe). Craig was prompt in replying and came out the next working day. Craig was polite and informative, whilst carrying out the work. We will be using Craig in the future, and would recommend.

Craig was professional, went the extra mile and was able to correctly diagnose the issue with the boiler. He saved me easily thousands because the two other technicians that came out said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Craig worked quickly and explained everything to me which I appreciated. Craig was great from start to finish. Super friendly guy and booking in experience was professional. Liked the addition of text/email reminders prior to appointment and the tracking feature to see exactly when Craig was arriving. We just needed a boiler service and Craig was brilliant, very professional and answered all questions. We happen to have a minor issue with an upstairs radiator and upon mentioning this to Craig he kindly offered to have a quick look and offered some great advice as I mentioned we were hoping to get it fixed by a family member - he did also say his team could do it no problem but didn't push it or try to overly sell that fact. Our boiler stopped working suddenly last Sunday, our previous plumber/heating engineer is no longer in the business so we had to find another at short notice, we rang a few companies, only 2 answered the phone, one was fully booked but Craig and the team at Pitalpin answered straight away and although they were already extremely busy, said they would be with us by the end of the day - true to their word they arrived late afternoon. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Fixed our boiler quickly, left no mess and gave it a service too, all at a very reasonable price!
