Called as my boiler had stopped working and was showing a fault. The company asked for photos to see if they could help me fix it myself, rather than a call out. However a pressure sensor needed changed. Service for this was provided the same day, with a text update of when they would arrive. They spoke through the steps they were taking and advised on what to do in future. Thank you for your help, will definitely use your services again and recommend to friends.
Very good experience. Two friendly professional guys sorted out my boiler on a short noticed call, no issues at all.The guys were on time , fixed the problem in a timely fashion and gave me some advice for the future regarding my boiler. Would recommend and will use again .
Craig helped us out when we had a gas leak and was here within the hour. Totally professional service and really helpful, friendly guy. Problem solved in about half an hour at very reasonable rates. We have already got him booked in for another job tomorrow! As it is during lockdown he came wearing his own PPE and kept a safe distance which was really reassuring. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend.
