Got home around 7.30pm and my heating was off house really cold. Checked the boiler water dripping out of it. Phone Pitalpin Heating and Gas services. Spoke to Craig who asked what had happened so he had an idea of the job. Was out in 1/2 an hour and within the hour had the central heating up and running and boiler fixed. The price was very reasonable as well given it was out of hours. I was so impressed I am now getting him to service my and my sons boiler . I would highly recommended using this company. Fast efficient and great price.

Over the weekend my partner and I message Craig to book in for a heating and gas service, and to provide a certificate (given all was safe). Craig was prompt in replying and came out the next working day. Craig was polite and informative, whilst carrying out the work. We will be using Craig in the future, and would recommend.

Craig was professional, went the extra mile and was able to correctly diagnose the issue with the boiler. He saved me easily thousands because the two other technicians that came out said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Craig worked quickly and explained everything to me which I appreciated. We will be using him from now on for boiler servicing and any other issues in the future. Don't mess about with anyone else, just go straight to Craig!

Craig was great from start to finish. Super friendly guy and booking in experience was professional. Liked the addition of text/email reminders prior to appointment and the tracking feature to see exactly when Craig was arriving. We just needed a boiler service and Craig was brilliant, very professional and answered all questions. We happen to have a minor issue with an upstairs radiator and upon mentioning this to Craig he kindly offered to have a quick look and offered some great advice as I mentioned we were hoping to get it fixed by a family member - he did also say his team could do it no problem but didn't push it or try to overly sell that fact. A very professional guy, friendly and trustworthy. Will get Craig out again if we have any problems in future and for our next service. Would recommend! Thanks again

Craig came on time made an excellent job moving my boiler and replacing a new one to a different location very helpful and would recommend him to anyone who needs a new boiler or to service one 😀
